Welcome to LA MER Program

　We are pleased to announce that the Leadership for ASEAN Marine Environments and Resources (LA MER) Program is now receiving applicants for the next academic year starting in 2024.

　This Program, which is organized jointly by the Fields of Biosciences and Environmental Sciences, offers an opportunity for graduate study to students by instructing all courses in the English language.

*The call for the entrance examination has been closed for MEXT-Scholarship 2024 October enrollment.

~~Qualification~~

Nationality: Nationals of those nations recognized under the foreign scholarship program of MEXT, Mainly those from the ASEAN member states.
Age Limit: under 35 years of age as of April 1, 2024.
Academic Year: Starts in October 1st, 2024
